The Righteous Will Flourish Like the Palm
Read Psalm 92:12-13? "The righteous will FLOURISH like the palm...They will FLOURISH in the courts of our God."
That's it! That's how God wants you to live. Forgiven. Free. FLOURISHING!
However, there's something you need to know. Embrace the life-changing power of the Cross and the devil won't like it. He can't stand for you to be free. He cringes when he sees you smiling in the sunshine of Heaven's grace. In fact, he will do everything he can to scatter your trash at your feet and smother you in shame.
Whatever you do, DO...NOT...LET...HIM...SUCCEED!
You've already laid your trash at the foot of the Cross and Jesus has hauled it away. Don't let the devil bring it back. He will try, but he cannot succeed without your help. So, don't help.
One lady said, "I've prayed 100 times for God to for-give me..." I'm thinking she prayed for forgiveness 99 times too many. Here it is: pray once for forgiveness (and mean it) and 99 times to thank God for His grace.
Thanks to Jesus, we walk by faith, not by the shame of our past.
You are loved. You are forgiven. You are free...to flourish.
