Leading and the concept of Leadership is common throughout our lives today. Family. Corporations. Sports. Military. And in God's church. God certainly asks for strong leaders in His church. God's people tend to wander off. Let's examine the scriptures and see what leadership in God's church is meant to be and how it can most effectively help local congregations.
